OSaaS gives tenants a dedicated OpenShift cluster on demand — fully managed, isolated, and ready to run workloads. They request a cluster from the catalog, pick node pool sizes, and start deploying. Cloud Orchestrator handles the control plane, version upgrades, and the underlying infrastructure; the tenant never has to touch it.

Control-plane sizing is managed automatically. Worker node pools scale independently and can mix flavors within one cluster.

Tiers are example service levels you define for your tenants. Configure as many as you need — what is shown here is a sensible starting point.

Tiers are operator-defined. Map them to your own pricing, quotas, and target tenants.
Support & metering
OSaaS follows the cluster metering model — the cluster counts once, plus one MRU for every node. Workloads running inside the cluster are not metered.
